By accessing or using Lingerly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Description of Service
Lingerly is an AI-powered conversation analysis tool. You may submit conversation text or screenshots for automated interpretation and suggested perspectives. The service is provided for personal, informational use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Lingerly to submit, generate, or solicit illegal content, or content that exploits or harms minors. You must comply with applicable laws. We may refuse or remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Subscription and Billing
Lingerly Pro is billed at $7.99/month (or as shown at checkout). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal. Fees are billed in advance; we do not provide refunds for partial months or unused time unless required by law.
6. AI Analysis Disclaimer
Outputs are generated by AI and are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not professional relationship, legal, medical, or psychological advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on analyses.
7. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
Lingerly owns the service, branding, software, and related intellectual property. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a license to use that content solely to operate and improve the service for you.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lingerly and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the service at our discretion, including for breach of these terms or misuse of the service. You may stop using Lingerly at any time.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. We will post updates on the app and may notify you by email for material changes. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
